Currently we ship within a 5 (Five) Km radius of our establishment at DLF Galleria, New Town, Kolkata 700 156. If your shipping address does not fall within this delivery area, we will not be able to accept or deliver your order
To ensure that your ordered food reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we use local courier services or occasionally our staff members.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. However, we will inform you before doing it.
If you believe that the food is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the food, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at Call:+91 8585009594, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Please note all items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
All food deliveries, originating from this website are handled by trusted food delivery services including our own staff members.
Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We make our best efforts to ship your order within 30 minutes of receipt of said order. The actual delivery time depends on the distance to the location specified in your order, weather conditions and other factors.
We ship on all days of the week, excluding certain days when the establishment remains closed.
All food orders must be placed between 12.00 noon and 10 pm on open days of the restaurant
Please plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last minute orders.
All food items are delivered, after thorough inspection. However, based on the time taken to deliver, prevailing weather etc., certain aspects of the food may change (for example temperature). We cannot guarantee that the food item you receive will be in pristine condition. However, if you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 30 minutes of receipt of the food item. You agree to pay for the return shipping on exchanges and returns and we will reimburse this cost upon verification of a defect with the food. We will replace the food items at free of cost with free delivery. In case ,we do not have the specific food item in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the food has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification etc.
If the delivered food item needs to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of the item to us.
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and high-quality food items as mentioned in the website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or missing food items etc., we provide 2 days time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint. kindly raise a complaint by calling our customer service number at +91 8585009594. Our staff will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement food items to the customer. In case, we do not have the food item in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the food has been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, modification etc.
Since we are selling food fresh out of the kitchen and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. BRS Entertainment Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.
Canceling An Order:
You want it canceled? You can ask us by calling+91 8585009594 to cancel your order. Customer Service will get back to you promptly regarding your request. Orders may be canceled till they are packed and ready for delivery. Our customer service will let you know if the order is in a status that can be canceled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer.(It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.). Since we are selling food fresh out of the kitchen and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. BRS Entertainment Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund request.
Once we confirmed by our customer service, the faulty food item we may instruct you to destroy the item or we will send a courier to pick it up from the delivery address.
Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for any issues (for example health problems) arising out of consumption of our food. The main reason is, that we do not and cannot control any problems during the delivery process.
